Welcome to Passins, to this beautiful home of Temps Retrouvé with a charming past!

This house has a rich history! Formerly the village grocery store, it belonged to the same family for over 150 years. Since 2008, this house has been in my family and has been modernized to welcome you.

Ideal for families and friends on weekends during holidays, cycling trips on the ViaRhôna or for spending the night during weddings in nearby castles, but also during the week for business trips.

The house accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms spread over two floors, with two bathrooms each with a shower and toilet. A shared kitchen is located on the ground floor. However, it is too small to accommodate everyone at once. During the warmer months, meals can be enjoyed in the courtyard, where several garden furniture sets and tables are provided. In winter, meals can be enjoyed in the bedrooms, as each room has a desk or table available. For those seeking more privacy, a studio apartment is located in the courtyard, furnished with three beds (one double, two singles, and a sofa), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It can accommodate up to 6 people from the same family or 4 people traveling for work. Special rates are available for longer stays.

Two options for dining:

1. A shared kitchen is available for guests to use as a quick meal preparation tool, not for extended stays. It cannot accommodate large groups at once, so trays are provided in the kitchen for you to eat either in your room or in the garden. A white refrigerator with a microwave (in the kitchen tower), a Bosch coffee maker with Tassimo cartridges, a filter coffee maker (coffee must be purchased in advance), and a kettle are located on the cabinet by the entrance. Cutlery, glasses, plates, and pots and pans are in the lower cupboard next to the refrigerator, directly opposite the clock. Other kitchen utensils under the range hood are for your private use. After rinsing your used utensils, please place them in the dishwasher. I will take care of running it.

2. In the cupboard on the second floor next to the stove, you will find cutlery, glasses, and cups. Plastic containers are provided for taking dirty items down to the kitchen dishwasher. I will take care of starting it.

I have been a host for 7 years. Director of a music school for a time and piano teacher, I am currently also dedicated to work in sound design according to the precepts of musique concrète/acousmatic music and am setting up a company of sound signatures to accompany wine tasting.

Living in the house myself, I like to give you the warmest welcome possible. I naturally engage in conversation with you, however, I also know when to give you space if you prefer peace and quiet. To ensure you feel completely at ease, I adapt to each individual.

Pellet stoves are the primary heating source for the house. Bags of pellets are provided in unlimited quantities. Electric radiators are supplementary heaters used to regulate the temperature in each room. Please use these heaters responsibly and efficiently. Electricity has a significant cost and contributes to a substantial energy footprint, so we appreciate your attention to this.
